  Excellent communication from the seller. The books were promptly shipped, so they happily arrived earlier than expected. They were very well packaged, which helped keep all of the books in perfect condition. The books are new, as described, and well priced. These were a gift, and the recipient is thrilled.   Arrived sooner than expected, great condition, looks new as stated, packaged like it was a priceless antique and was priced extremely well! Can’t wait to read. Only complaint was shipping was hard to keep up with as they use and different tracking company but arrived nonetheless so not a big deal

  Absolutely horrendous buying experience. Seller sets a cheap price then sends the incorrect item (unknown if deliberately). Then will wait as long as they can to respond when you raise a return. Their response is "we need photos of all sides of the packaging", this in my opinion is another stalling tactic deliberately designed to add unnecessary extra steps into the process. I suspect the next stage in the process will be a large fee for the return. Based on my experience seller is not genuine

  The arrive in perfect conditions. By mistake they sent a book that did not correspond to the package I bought, I contacted them and they sent me the correct one, within 24 hours the book that was missing in the package was already on its way. Incredible service.
