  I couldn't be happier with this seller. I was kept up-to-date with the progress of the sale via accurate (and regularly updated) tracking information. When the book arrived (quickly, and in brand new condition), I saw that it was safe and securely packaged, to the extent that I actually had trouble getting into the envelope!   very fast,reliable seller. book as described,and extremely well wrapped and packaged,so that [as a paperback],it arrived undamaged and delivered to my flat door [in a communal block of flats],by Royal Mail...unlike some other so-called "delivery" firms !!!

  Great customer service had an issue when received from Royalmail/postman because the card board envelope was wet through due to raining heavily resulting in corners of packaging being wet also map because map was not placed in plastic bag before placing in cardboard envelope.I contacted supplier to explain the situation and provided proof.Supplier very understanding regarding this matter and provided a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.Map dried out after a period of time.

  Brand new book as described by the seller at a discounted price representng excellent value. My only concern is with regard to the flimsy packaging. Although the book arrived undamaged, thin cardboard packet is unsuitable for a heavy book with corners at risk from bumping.

Highly recommend bookmall thank you a nice easy trouble free transaction. Well packaged. Other Ebay sellers should take a leaf out of your book and post on time.
