But Massive issues with my Local Post Office, who despite me calling up customer service still continued to insist on a return fee for the item of $2.50, and refused to look at the case number. I have now launched a investigation with Australia Post, as me and the seller should not have to pay the excess because the Local Post Office is unfairly charging an amount that the LPO should refund..
