  The item arrived in good condition, a handful of pieces were missing but this was mentioned in the listing. The box itself was well packed but the dry was loose on the inside and was very disassembled. I feel I still did get good value

  Package is as described, my only gripe would be is that it took them a week to send it on top of the actual shipping times. But seller responded quickly and I believe they’re in a hard to reach part of Texas so my gripe should be taken with a grain of salt.

  Shipping took a week but that seems typical for this seller, as long as my order shows up I don’t mind. It was exactly as the photos showed and the packaging was solid. The price of the iron was perfect for my budget and something I really needed for my seamstress business.
