  Item and seller ok, but instead of using Royal Mail as stated in delivery description, Amazon Shipping was used and package was delivered to the wrong address. I had to walk up and down my road asking neighbours if they had a package for me. I was at my address the whole time with a working door bell and a dog that barks at the slightest noise outside, but silence all round.

  This company are excellent to deal with, through no fault of there own (bad Couriers) my initial order did not arrive. After contacting them I confirmed the delivery address and despatched another item which I received two days later. Excellent service especially after the original package arrived hours before the second one. Great company to buy from totally recommended A+++++++++++++++.

  Was found one morning chucked over the 'Goods in' gate. Item was cardboard box wrapped in tape saying ' FRAGILE' . But label said "Nails". Delivery driver must have arrived after 17:00 previous afternoon. Funny that 6" (152mm) nails were wrapped in 'Fragile' tape. Amusing. But the nails were fine and as described. Amusing.

  Excellent seller,excellent dispatch and delivery. Good value useful selection in handy box RECOMMENDED. COURIER AMAZON ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. Parcel left outside in public area. No attempt to ring doorbell or enter the building. CCTV FOOTAGES (8) cameras cover the entrances. No sign on recordings. Parcel recovered by member of public who delivered it to me. DISAPPOINTING.
