Inside the box was tightly packed with paper to make sure the charger didnt rattle around or get damaged. Didn't bother me as don't need it. Would also comment that it would be good if the description specified whether the SSD is SATA or NVMe. This also didn't bother me that I got SATA in both units whereas a previous unit (different auction id from same seller) had NVMe, as I planned to replace with a larger drive anyway. But accurate descriptions will matter to others.

Stated my issue and a replacement was given the next day. Product was good and customer service was excellent. The product was also neatly packaged and packed securely.
