  I bought the item which did not do as advertised. I contacted the seller numerous times before I eventually got a response, stating I wanted a refund. However, seller said I could get a refund, but needed to send the item back, which made no sense as it would cost more to send it back. Totally unhappy with seller's service. Needless to say, I won't be buying from seller again.

  I ordered a specific colour of item, seller then sent wrong colour I messaged to let them know and they insist for me at my time and expense to return the item before they will send the correct colour, obviously this is unacceptable, I bought the item because I need to use it regardless of me being unhappy they got the order wrong, the only feedback they are getting from me is negative and I told them this and then received another message threatening to report me, this seller is a joke.
