    After initially delivered to incorrect address, (courier fault) these were brought to me (by a very honest lady) on Saturday evening, 31st Aug. Am very pleased with the seller response to my email, and the vacuum bags are in perfect condition and came well packed . They are the exact size I wanted so am very pleased. Will very happily use this seller again.

    The item arrived promptly BUT the ear plugs were NOT air sealed from factory; actually, they were thrown into the envelope as shown in images. Totally unhygienic. I shall not trust this seller again. Not recommended.

    Knee brace arrived later that planned, but I had bought a similar brace years ago elsewhere, so happy to wait. I had measured my thigh and ordered the 3xl as per sellers listing. However no way was it big enough. No size on packaging or item to confirm I had been sent the correct item. Contacted seller and after many frustrated days and messages backward and forward, the seller was useless. Stuck with wrong size and seller ghosted me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.Sent photo to prove wrong size!
