Bob è un maestro artigiano NAATS da oltre 60 anni. Questo negozio contiene una piccola parte del contenuto di due dei suoi magazzini. Tonnellate di vecchi stock nuovi di vario genere ma soprattutto finiture automatiche, emblemi, tessuti fuori produzione, hard top, ecc.

Bob vorrebbe che tutti sapessero che compirà 80 anni la prossima settimana.

    Seller was very easy to communicate with. I received the order a day earlier than expected and just in time to show my car at a classic car show. Item was exactly as described and in perfect condition. Packaging was extremely secure. I couldn’t believe the price of this item as what I was looking at prior was 2x the cost and aftermarket.

    After reading the seller’s comments I cannot hold him accountable for a mishap at the USPS based on holiday logistics… I was quite surprised to see that the seller initiated a refund without me asking which goes to prove that they are customer oriented!! It just so happens that the package I ordered mysteriously appeared today in the mail! I commend the seller for taking the initiative to give me back my money but in good faith I cannot keep it. I will initiate the sale again to make it right.

    Not sure what's going on with the mail. We send out within one business day, same day if before 1pm EST. Once it has been mailed its out of our hands. Having the same problems on some of our own orders to the shop.
