  Ordered 4 suspension rods for my samsung washer. Seller sends me 3 correct ones and one incorrect one. I contacted the seller and said they sent me one wrong one and I wanted to talked to them about it and gave my number. They said it was correct by numbers on box and gave me back a partial refund and that was it. I dont like doing business like this. I ended up having to order 4 more rods because I cant tell if they will work with another brand rod. Will not buy from again

  Part of this is true. I thought I sent the right part because I didn't see the pictures you sent showing one was a different length. After I saw the picture I admitted I was wrong and refunded you for the one that was incorrect. I don't talk to anyone on the phone.
