    Package arrived well on time. The contents were well packed & arrived in perfect condition. Everything is exactly as described & exactly what I needed, particularly the book. That is a godsend. As for value, it couldn't be beat, so thank you very much. As for communications, it was like I had Bob on the phone. He bent over backwards to help out with combined shipping to keep costs under control, for which I am most grateful. Again, thank you for everything.
