  Customer service is excellent. I ordered and after a few weeks I realized I hadn’t received it (I forgot about it). I looked and it said “label created not yet in system”. I contacted the seller using the help option, and eBay opened a case to keep track incase further help was needed. The company contacted me back right away, and tried to find out what happened with the package. Eventually eBay automatically sent a refund for the missing item. I reordered it and I received it promptly!

  Excellent seller. USPS lost my original package, and the seller contacted me and sent a replacement, but the replacement was the wrong color, and the one I wanted was on backorder, so instead of having me wait, the bobpets gave me a refund and let me keep the keyboard skin that was in the wrong color. I'll eventually have to order another one in the correct color because I can't give a pink cover to my nephew, but at least I can use it on my own Thinkpad. Thank you for excellent service.

  Purchased 10/9. Seller marked shipped, provided tracking number that day but tracking number was inactive. Replies to messages/request were stall tactics saying they would look into it, contact shipper, verify address, blahblahblah. Nothing was ever done, item never received by USPS. Ebay forced a refund on 10/25. Seller seems to be selling items they don't actually have in stock, dropshipper. (Found same item at 1/2 price on Amazon, received that package next day.) Waste of time here. Beware.

  I ordered this item and wasn’t received on time. So I was told it was resent. Then The day it was due to be delivered AGAIN I was notified it was refunded BUT not to my account I paid for the item with but to an old gift card that was discarded forever ago??? Why IDK?!? So I just lost my money and didn’t get the item after waiting twice for it to be shipped. The whole experience was a joke! GO ELSE WHERE WITH YOUR MONEY!!!
