  Item was as described. Shipping was within a reasonable amount of time. The only thing I may have changed would be to ship the cushion in a box rather than in a black plastic bag. There was sufficient bubble wrap around the item which I was grateful for.

  as advertised, shipping was delayed slightly because Owner was out of town but upon return, they provided expedited shipping to make up for the delay, excellent customer service & communication!
