    I ordered a cable to connect a phone, ordered but not received, to a broadband hub. The seller messaged me to advise that there were different wiring configurations and asking if I was sure that I had ordered the correct lead. Having checked technical data available to me, it was obvious I had order the wrong one. The seller advised what type of lead suited similar models of the same make and asked if they should send one of them instead. They were right! 1st class seller, product & service.

    Good item description and fast dispatch/delivery. Seller contacted us to confirm the correct cable had been ordered before sending it out which as it turned we had ordered the wrong one and the knowledgable seller sent us the correct cable instead without hassle. Top bayer, Many thanks 😃

    Really impressed with this company. Ordered a phone cable, was contacted to make sure it was the right one. It wasn't so they sent the right one. Doesn't happen often here on ebay. Greatly appreciated

    Absolutely amazing service from the seller. Soon as I ordered I received a message to confirm if I had the right cable ordered, at the time I thought I did. When I realised it wasn’t they corrected the order for me. It’s great to see a seller making that effort, although I can see why they do it as it must be a common error to make. Thank you for the support.
