  I received something other than what I ordered, and messaged the seller. The seller responded within an hour, and immediately sent out the set that I ordered. It was packaged well and shipped immediately. Anyone can make a mistake, but this seller immediately fixed it and continually communicated with me about the status of the shipment. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

  Fast shipper. The Bobblehead is in good condition as described. The box has a water stain, but otherwise appears almost new.

  Quick shipping. Packaging was lazy for someone who specializes in bobbles. Two new looking paint chips as a result. Was described as new in original box, but definitely isn’t. No foam that normally comes with a new bobblehead. I paid extra for it to be as described (new) and got swindled, definitely not a good value. I took a gamble and got burnt.. beware! I’m keeping it as a reminder of a lesson learned, but won’t buy from them in the future.
