  Positive so far. The return is due to be delivered back to the seller today. I should receive the refund 3 days from receipt of the return. The item was as described. Arrived in box protected by bubble wrap. Slight damage to box. Looked like label removed from box. Free postage and return postage. Had to return because my telephone did not recognise the headset when it was plugged in so it did not work. Seller excellent so far. No problems or delays with agreeing to the return.

  Excellent value for money and great service! I initially ordered the wrong headphones and the seller kindly allowed me to cancel the first order and I immediately re-ordered with them for the wired connection. I have received my headphones and am very pleased with the sound quality. I would buy from this seller again.
