    I needed this for my holiday and have been sent the wrong item. (Pictures attached). Messaged the seller numerous times and have been completely ignored and have received NO response whatsoever. I’m down almost £30. Never order from this seller again, absolutely shocking!

    I ordered x2 1lt bottles of the Evo Fabulosos conditioner, as advertised and the seller sent 9 small bottles of the conditioner instead. So yes, I still have the same amount of product but not in the format I needed. There was no communication about the fact they would be sending the product in smaller amounts. Really disappointed as I’ve used this seller before and have been happy up until today. I also can’t say if this product is brand new because they could have decanted product into bottles
