  There was a small issue once I received the original part, but I communicated that with the seller. The seller had a prompt response and remedied the matter promptly. Very appreciative to them and would buy from them anytime. Once the part arrived I installed it (BMW seat heater relay) and it worked as it should.

  Product got damaged in shipping. They could have packaged the item a bit better. Communication was good. We were able to resolve the issue with the damage item. I would continue to do business with them if I find parts I may need.
