    UPS lost the item, when I notified the seller he immediately contacted UPS and they did a search. After 3-4 days I contacted the seller and informed him that I only needed the item as a spare but I'd take it anyway if it was found and told him to wait a couple of weeks to be sure. An hour later I received an email that my money was refunded! Sellers don't get any better than this one!! I would absolutely buy from them again, no delays in replying, just immediate action-great seller!

    Packaging was great, shipping was fast, the price was more than fair. I feel in the description they should have mentioned the base anvil was bent. Likely had been dropped? I would have bought it anyway. Thanks for the good deal, and fast shipping.

    Arrived as described with good packaging and shipping. Was willing to pay what I paid for it. Finally had it installed in my house a couple days ago as part of a panel and service upgrade job. The panel works absolutely fine, just what I needed for my house! Many thanks, definitely would buy from again!
