    First item lost in postage.thought id give them a chance an buy another..courier informed me packaging damaged...i wouldnt buy anything from this seller.i see in feedback this has happened to other buyers

    No problem with the seller...packaged well but was miss sorted at the Gatwick sorting office and package left in lost post ...I asked my postman as the items were urgent...he went through the lost post and found them ...was delivered by him next day...not all Royal Mail a disaster

    I ordered a beige zip and received a cream one. I got in touch with the seller to explain. My first email was at 10.57 am and it took 15 emails between us until, at 5.06 pm, they believed me that they had sent the wrong item. Dreadful customer service.
