  Great item as described. Wonderful seller communication at all times. I highly recommend this seller. Only problem was UPS shipping. They had my item in the storage facility in Sydney but made no attempt to contact me in order to pay the tax owing. They had all my details but no phone calls or no email. I finally phoned them and sorted it right away.

  Unfortunately, the item shipped was not what was listed. However, the seller was very quick to refund my purchase. I have to say that my experience with the seller was outstanding. Mistakes due happen and sellers should be judged on how the respond when they do. In that regard, this seller was a full 5 stars.

  Seller promptly reacted when local post office had not yet shipped the item after almost a week. He quickly sent another unit, which was received well packed and as described. Professional.

  I highly recommend this company, for their outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I recently purchased an Autopilot system and was impressed by how promptly the team addressed my questions. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely return in the future. One item was defect, I contacted them on Friday and Monday morning by UPS I received a replacement, even before I had returned the defect item. That is what I call service!!

  MoveMarine went above and beyond in resolving this issue. Part of the fault lies with my failing to completely read the item description. I thought I was purchasing a new item when, in fact, the item was being sold for parts. Without giving them sufficient time to reply I gave them a bad review. They have since completely resolved this situation to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate in purchasing anything from them in the future. Their customer service is great. Thanks MoveMarine.

  Move Marine was very communicative right from the start and answered all of my questions. I had many questions since it was such a big purchase and a delicate item to ship. There actually did end up being an issue in shipping but the seller truly went above and beyond to 100% rectify the situation, and I would absolutely do business with them again. Great outcome and thank you.
