    exactly as described this is my second computer purchase from seller and only problem this time was when the laptop arrived had wrong charger. The seller rectified it with next day delivery of the correct charger. Its never about issues for me its always about resolutions and this was perfect thank you very much. Packing was great as a laptop it was in a airbag in a box so arrived in expected condition and over all great value service

    The computer is actually in better cosmetic condition than described in the listing, works very well and was great value for money. It was dispatched and delivered really quickly. I must also mention that the packaging was exemplary, practically bomb proof! ( ... probably the best packaged eBay item I've ever received.) After receipt of the computer I needed to contact the seller for some additional info and received a very prompt reply. A very positive experience, totally recommended!

    A very good laptop and excellent value for the price. Received the laptop which was in good protective packaging before the estimated time. The after sales was fantastic - unfortunately I was sent the wrong charger. I sent a message to Bluecybercow with a photo. With no hesitation they responded immediately and I was given a apology was given a mutual agreed partial refund to obtain the correct charger. Definitely would buy again. Thank you

    I've purchased 2 laptops from Bluecybercow, both were described accurately & delivered promptly in well cushioned packaging. If you're short on cash or are considering a new cheap laptop, do yourself a favour and get a refurb from this guy, you'll get a lot more for your money. I had a small technical issue and the seller was quick to respond and diagnosed the problem straight away. 10/10 ebayer would definitely recommend

    So postage was swift with delivery timetable regularly updated with precise and detailed emails. Moving to packaging this is absolutely wonderful a secure cardboard box with a air pillow bag containing my laptop inside the cardboard box. The Laptop is exactly as described in every detail externally and shows as hoped for performance and systems parameters. The final area of value is met and exceeded in the speedy, detailed transaction and the Very keen price point. Extremely pleased. Wonderful.
