  I ordered six backpacks for Christmas presents and only received five. They are excellent quality though. I contacted the seller and they said they would send me the missing one, however, they had sold out since I placed my order. They asked if a refund for the missing one was ok. I was able to order the missing one from another vendor in time for Christmas. This seller did everything they could to make this order right. The products are excellent quality and great customer service.

  Sturdy and a really nice hanging chair for our patio, seriously thinking about buying another one, if I can find a place for it . Product just as described, super fast shipping and well packaged. This is a really good seller and they don't sit on your order, they shipped it out very quickly and I had it in two days and they shipped it FedEx which is big plus . Thank you .

  Slight issue with original order. Order 2, 1 black, 1 green. Received 2 black and 1 came without the backpack straps. Contacted seller and stated issue. They promptly corrected the issue. No fuss, and sent a full green bag, with straps. No fuss, no muss. Highly recommended seller & product. Thanks for quickly fixing the issue. -Jason
