  BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The charm was "lost" in the mail and was sent all over the place. So much energy was put into calling the post office and trying to track down this little gem. The packaging was well done. The charm is beautiful. It looks just like it's photo. I'm so very pleased and all the extra effort that went into getting the sweet bead here will add to it's charm.
