  Item never arrived, so contacted seller, who sent a replacement. Pointless using the Royal Mail tracking service, as the package only shows once it has been delivered - an undelivered package seemingly doesn't exist. As the package was being delivered to work, I just had to keep checking in to see if my replacement package had arrived - which it did, 16 days after placing my order.

  The item was posted in very quick time consequently arriving 3 days before expected. These are good value for money. They arrived in good condition being well packed by the manufacturer. These seem a good quality item very much in line with other tools already owned and produced by the same company. The appearance matched the listing details. I would use the seller again based on my experience and can happily recommend the seller to all potential buyers.

  Seller sent this quickly and their communication via updates was very good. The item looks good but its ability to turn freely is poor. Unfortunately you have open all packaging to try it and it can’t be resealed to return to the seller. I can still use it and I suppose for the money the product is ok. I would use this seller again.
