    Finally we got there! Order had to be sent out a third time after it kept getting damaged in transit but no fault of the seller, sadly it arrived very well wrapped but was the wrong product however this was quickly dealt with by the seller and he made sure the right product was sent and again brilliantly packaged. Great communication from start to finish and was very apologetic about the situation. Would 100% use this seller again very true to his word and these things do happen!

    Unfortunately you were let down by your courier parcel left on my decking and not in the parcel box as requested unfortunately the lid wasn’t tightened so there was a very small leak of the product but apart from that it’s as described great communication

    I've received my order thank you very much. The appearance & condition is brand new...this seller shows about care for the product & for the customer as each pack was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. definitely worth every penny & value for money.
