  Lovely teapot, exactly as described. Excellent customer service. There was a problem with the delivery (not the sellers fault) but after contacting the seller, the problem was resolved straight away, another teapot was sent & received the next day, with a small gift by way of an apology. I was kept informed by the seller every step of the way. Good price, & well packaged. Would recommend the teapot & recommend the seller 100%. Thank you!

  Well packed, arrived as stated. Tested and works without dripping, enough for 2 cups and is a lovely shiny black. 5* item n seller :)

  David was fantastic in solving the problem extremely quickly when my order didn’t arrive. He was in contact immediately and went above and beyond to resolve this. I have a lovely teapot and some complimentary tea, many thanks 😊

  Couldn’t ask for a better service from this company however their courier not so good, box was just left on the road at my gate no attempt to bring up the driveway, any passerby could have helped themselves

  EXCEPTIONAL! Cannot praise Blend and Brew enough. Excellent communication when I had problem with a delivery. Kept in touch throughout. Would certainly recommend this seller! Teapot was very good quality. A very satisfied customer😊
