    Tag was as described, it was shipped by owner extremely quickly after my purchase so I was extremely pleased with the process BUT the USPS took 10 days to get it to me and I’m in the same state less than 100 miles from where it was shipped so the tracking report was hilarious, but ridiculous. You might reconsider who you ship with. After the projected deliverly date came n went (4 days) I was worried it was lost as a package was earlier in the year by the USPS & the person who sent it didn’t get

    Returned due to damage. I originally bought this as a gift for my mom for Mother's Day. I wanted to replace her old one that I broke years ago that belonged to her grandmother. When it arrived I opened the package and found a chip in the top handle. I looked back at the photos and it's not obvious that there is a chip, but after seeing it in person, you can tell where the chip is in the photos. Seller was good about accepting my return. Damage was not listed in the original description.
