  The mixer arrived in mint condition. It came in factory original packaging. I tested it for 2 hours connecting in different ways and it’s impecable. The seller, Blake, even sent me messages updating me about the process from the very beginning. Excellent transaction. The funny part is that I received yesterday and according to EBay it’s still on its way to me 😂😂 Let’s just say that Blake works better than EBay 😂😂

  While my item arrived damaged through no fault of the seller they went above and beyond what I expected to make the situation “right.” [I just wanted to notify them that the Bear had arrived damaged… I was able to fix it myself luckily. I expected no real “fix” just… to let them know how the Bear had arrived.] I truly appreciate their unexpected and gracious response.

  Product arrived quickly and as described. A great little train. Included quite a bit of extra track. The missing power supply was easily replaced with off the shelf options. Manufacturers packaging would have been sufficient, but seller went above and beyond to protect the box with an additional layer of packaging. A great value.
