I have been waiting patiently for two weeks until he provided a tracking number - but he never shipped it! Only after reaching out to him again he said he'll check it and then he cancelled my order!!!!! and gave me a refund! but I wanted the item!! When the issue of the tracking was brought to our attention we investigated and tried to get updates, when we were unsuccessful we gave a full refund immediately so the customer was not left in limbo, even though the item may still be delivered. The postal system is unfortunately out of our control and even though this customer has left Negative feedback we truly hope the item finds its way to them.
