    First of all the seller is amazing. Right after placing my order I was provided with information on when it would be shipped. I did have question about the shipping and they answered me the same day. The item arrived in perfect condition and it works amazing. It came with all the accessories I needed to set it up. It arrived in amazing condition and looks great. I am very happy with my purchase and I am really pleased with the seller's communication.

    Have had a week: so far, so good. Like the size and speed is much faster than old lap top. Time will tell...🤓 As far as purchase process: made an offer but no response (was around a holiday)...decided to purchase any way at but it now price. Posting said they would use FedEx so I could not have delivered to my usual PO Box... ended up delivered by UPS! No matter but why not say that? Arrived in two days.

    PC arrived in the condition the seller described. Overall, it was in great shape and you really can't beat the value for the price. Shipping was exceptional, it was at my house 2 days after placing the order and it had all listed components. Truly cannot complain, I'm a happy customer.
