  This is my second time buying from BWI, and it's been pretty good each time. Their resin miniatures are unique and of good quality, and they're always packed well. The communication is super friendly and professional. And even though it takes about a month to get the order, BWI threw in a free miniature!

  The minis I ordered are very detailed and require almost no clean up! The seller was very helpful when I addressed a problem with my order being overdue - he worked with me to fix the problem, all I had to do was let him know the problem, and he went above and beyond make it right. He provided proper customer service as well as great , affordable 3D prints that look great and he shipped them in well packaged box assuring they arrived in excellent condition. I highly recommend this seller!

  If you want some of the best 3D Battletech prints around for the absolute best prices, give Black Watch Industries a go! Just be prepared for an extended fulfillment time on your order, especially if of larger size. But, they respond to messages in a timely manner, package with care and often include extra bits like bases, wire & occasional magnets for vehicle turrets. I highly recommend them!

  The deisgn of the print is slick as heck, the quality is flawless, the price point was great, the packaging was solid, and on top of all that, the seller was very responsive when I asked a question.

  This is the second order from this seller with them not meeting their timeline. Ordered on April 3rd, the items weren't even SENT on the last date expected to be received. Instead of using customer service and getting the items sent immediately, they simply canceled, wasting my time further. This seller uses "too many orders" as an excuse for making customers wait. If you need items ON TIME, go elsewhere.

  Very high quality prints, excellent prices. Slow to deliver but easily worth the wait. Communication was excellent. These were so good I immediately ordered more. Would recommend, just be patient! Overall highly satisfied.
