    Package arrive un-damaged and decently protected. Product was new as described. It was available at a good value. The quality was great as it was new in-box. Shipping was delayed but it still arrived perfectly as described.

    Item was shipped next dayaAnd arrived very well packed for safety. Pleased with seller/shipper. Items is of good quality for plastic gaming minis. I have issues with small/bendable parts on plastic minis as being feeble (not these minis persay - just in general). These aren't too bad on the ankles and weapon shafts. -- All in all, I am quite pleased with the product and seller in this transactiion, and I highly recommend this seller to other Ebay customers who may want any item seller has.

    The Frostmaiden book was shipped out in about 24 hours from order time. It arrived safely in a cardboard box, with a layer of the big bubble wrap above & below the book in the box. Timely shipper & good packing - I would buy from this seller again.
