Immediate response to my issue, courier had attempted a delivery on time but left no card and item was untracked so I was none the wiser. Sophie personally chased the courier for me and ensured delivery happened as promised. So overall, an excellent service from Blackcircles Tyres, especially Sophie who resolved my delivery issue. Best price on the internet and brilliant customer support, just a poor courier service from APC.

Same price as direct but I get cashback through eBay so makes a little cheaper. Communication was great but I do check with fitter that the tyres have arrived and also to confirm the fitting appointment.
