  Ordered a rug, I got sent photos of which rug I wanted. Once I’d chosen my rug it was dispatched and arrived in good time. Unfortunately the rug didn’t suit my room so I messaged to ask for a replacement which was arranged, the new rug arrived and it’s perfect! Thank you so much.

  The service was outstanding, I ordered the hide and then had a message advising I would get some photos to choose from as all hides are different. Wasn’t expecting this as I thought we would be taking our chances as with sheepskins I have purchased previously. The product arrived promptly and it’s beautiful. Have recommended this company already.
