Despatch was made very quickly and the item arrived the next day, ahead of schedule. Unfortunately the box had clearly been opened and was damaged. B K Electronics responded quickly to my questions and a discount was agreed without trouble. Thank you for the excellent service.

Overall I'm happy with the product. Shipping was later than I expected put when I contacted BK they were quick to respond and the unit was delivered the next day. The item was well packaged but I was expecting a specific lead to connect to my amp. In further communications they told me they no longer supply this lead. I may have missed this on there website. I would recommend this seller for audio Subwoofer as the quality is excellent. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
