    Great communication and support! Item shipped promptly, securely, and arrived safely. Item is exactly as described. Excellent transaction! Only had an issue with USPS and a winter storm, but that was outside of our control. Seller worked closely with me while we tried to figure out what was happening with USPS. Fortunately, USPS didn't lose it, and the globe arrived eventually. I really appreciated the prompt responses and communication from the seller.
