    Absolutely great seller, the item was packed really nicely, they used almost a full roll of high quality bubble wrap to make sure it arrives in good condition. The laptop was in original box with all necessary items included (true to description). So far a great experience and everything seems to be in order. Will contact them for any queries but hope nothing comes. Great quality, good value, and accurate

    Superb seller - beautifully shipped in superb packaging, arrived as described for fantastic value. I feel like apologising for what I paid for it. I got very lucky! Thank you 👍 a highly recommended and very honourable seller because I’m shocked they didn’t cancel the auction at what it sold for!

    Looks brand new, Extremely well packaged, Excellent. If I were you I'd change your courier. Dpd made excuses for 3 days about where my parcel was, eventually on the 3rd of April I got an e-mail to say that my parcel was left with a neighbour(untrue), customer services told me that the parcel had been left at a "Nisa" local collection point, no card to inform me, and I was told by the owner that the Dpd drivers often leave parcels with them instead of attempting delivery because it saves time!!

    Excellent transaction, albeit a bit pricey. Was as described and refurbed also delivered in line with seller promises. Very well packaged.. can’t complain about free postage.
