They noticed an error with Australia Post and immediately contacted them about the issue, all before I could send an inquiry. They then kept me informed as things progressed. Unfortunately, Aus. Post messed up and lost my package. In return, seller refunded immediately, and offered a discount, plus their apologies. Such upfront honestly is quite the rarity; excellent professionalism.
