  Arrived safely and speedily to an address which wasn't the address I originally used when ordering, but an amended address. I messaged the seller with the amended address but received no confirmation that they had acted on my request. I had to message again in order to get confirmation. Item is in good condition packaged securely.

  Very fast dispatch and delivery. Unfortunately, the chair arrived damaged. I've done a slight repair on it, to make it usable. I contacted the seller to let them know about the damage. They replied almost instantly. We agreed on a partial refund, if I was happy to keep the chair. The refund was issued within minutes of my original message to the seller. Although, disappointed that the chair is damaged, I'm very happy with the excellent stress free customer service I received. Thank you 🙂

  Tin arrived quite dented despite the seller packaging it very well (they had taped the lid down securely) so there was no paint spillage. The seller's packaging was well thought out and the item was as described. Would use this seller again. Thanks.

  Item arrived early today in original packaging and brand new as described . I haven't had opportunity to set it up and try it yet given that it arrived as it left the manufacturer I am not anticipating any difficulties. Easy to understand why the seller has a excellent reputation , no question would purchase from them again

  Great quality paint ana good value. Quick dispatch. Unfortunately original item damaged in transit. Contact ed vendor and reply received in minutes confirming replacement to be dispatched immediately which was done. Very impressed with customer service and thank vendor. Happily recommend this seller
