    This item arrived a couple days late but the seller gave a partial refund of shipping costs without being asked. The stamps are hard to find and were offered at a very attractive price. I am completely satisfied with this transaction. Many thanks

    Long story short, I misordered this coin. First, I messaged Seller, asked to exchange for another coin. First of more than a few delayed responses, Seller agreed. Then I sent Seller a few optional items for exchange. After weeks of waiting, I finally told Seller that nothing had arrived. Apparently, nothing had been sent! No response, so I demanded a response or I would inform eBay. Finally, he messaged me with apology and sent me BOTH coins AND full refund, thus positive feedback! Go figure
