  Received an original (rare) owners manual for a vintage turntable. A small insert listed inadvertently was not included with the manual.   Great communication. Unfortunately the postal service lost the package. When I inquired about it, she promptly responded. She checked with her local PO and filed a missing package claim. A few days later I got a full refund. I really appreciated her customer service. It was done very professionally.
