  I can’t say enough how much I enjoy buying from this seller. I had some hiccups occur with customs and wasn’t sure what was going on with receiving this package. After contacting this seller, not only did they reassure me that they would do all in their power to help things along, but the next day my package cleared customs. They are a top notch seller, with an excellent customer service attitude. Will definitely buy again from them in the future.

  Wow! PERFECT Transaction. Japanese Chisel Collection was exactly as advertised- no nasty surprises. The package was shipped the 1st BUSINESS DAY after I paid, plus it was ALSO in the custody of Japan Post that SAME DAY! Very REASONABLE shipping fee. SUPERB use of crumpled construction paper and MANY LAYERS of BUBBLE WRAP--WOW for EXCELLENT shipping protection (please see photo). Fast Delivery from Tokyo.   From Japan to fly over state - in 5 days - that is amazing - considering the time it takes some laggards on here to get an item to the post office and then considering how the post office is less that speedy in so many cases - rusty but trusty - these chisels just need some love - surface rust - but all of them are solid and a good price I got them for - great shipping - good communication - this seller takes the time to talk to you about the process - friendly and has good business model - buy
