  Condition said used. Description said brand new. It looked pretty new until I saw the bell was missing. I bought this for Toys for Tots if it was new. I took a shot. Should have messaged the seller. Delivery took a long time considering the cost. Maybe I missed something. But I have a good spare for my Grandson. It was packed well, didn't see any damages.

  Item was in great condition, very happy with my purchase. Shipping time was average for ebay, but I think $14 shipping is a bit much for the distance, especially for an item of similar pricing. However, I don't think this is the seller's fault. Would definitely recommend buying!
