Wanted fastest delivery but although processed same day, the delivery upgrade was not actioned... As soon as I saw the tracking and realised I alerted the seller and my delivery charge was refunded without question. So bike now back in action albeit 2days later than hoped. Would use seller and service again as good honest service is fine... We all make mistakes.
