    The item arrived on time, and was as advertised in the listing. This was definitely cheaper than buying direct from my local Harley dealer, and while the box had some scratches/wear (which were visible in the listing pictures) - the part was just as if it was brand new and without any imperfections or wear. I would do business with this seller again in a heart beat.

    I am return buyer and I have to say the seller has genuine HD products at a heavily discounted price. The shipping was super fast and the packaging was perfect. I absolutely recommend this seller not only does the seller sale genuine parts, they will stand by their transactions if there is a problem. A+++ in my book all day.

    Overall the seller did a great job with describing the condition, packaging the seat, and getting it shipped timely. We took the bike out for a test ride last weekend after we installed this new to us seat and we're very happy with our purchase! We highly recommend this seller!

    The item was exactly as described. This seller goes to any lenght to satisfy the buyer. There was a problem with damage during shipping and the seller offered a solution that was way beyond what was reasonable! I will definitely but from this seller again!

    Part was in great condition as described, shipping was fast, packaging was original and in great shape, just wish they had both sides. The one I got saved me 180 bucks!
