  After a non delivery on 8th (despite delivery notifications) by DX (we were waiting in house,no evidence of delivery on neighbour’s cctv OR photo) one day & again next day! It was returned 2 seller (tracking wording was ambiguous). On contacting seller, they were v good at comms & offered replacement.This came quickly today,doorbell was rung & it was received (15th) It’s large&heavy (22kg checked). Appearance is perfect,not a second.-‘Carefully Made in China’! Good condition,solid,good value.

  What an excellent company! Great prices, quality, new as described, very efficient, looks great, delivery was recorded and prompt. Unfortunately, I had to return the product as it did not fit (too small). The return process was trouble-free, and funds were refunded promptly. I recommend this company. I used them before, and that's why I purchased from them again.

  this is the 3rd box shelving that ive bought from this seller in white, I had previously had same shelving but in black but im so glad i replaced black with white as it really shows of my model cars. shelving came well packed simple to put together only took me 30 mins. looks really nice had nice complements. i couldn't be happier, also arrived in under 2 days. I highly recommend this seller 10/10. great value for money many thanks joe.

  There was a slight issue with the item (couple of damaged components), but the seller was apologetic and quickly rectified by sending out a replacement. Communication was excellent throughout. The shoe rack is only very lightweight (as you would expect for the price) but it looks ok. Despite the slight hiccup, I would buy from this seller again and recommend them, due to their excellent customer service.
