I had waited a few days longer than the expected delivery time before I contacted them for an update. They found out it had gone missing in transit and as I had got the last one, a Refund was arranged. One of those things unfortunately, but dealt with quickly and it hasn't put me off ordering from here again.

The item I ordered did explain it may have minor scratches or dents but not to the extent it arrived. Contacted the seller and they resolved very quickly they sent me out a brand new table and couldn’t fault them at all they were polite helpful and very quickly at replacing. Thankyou for a positive experience with you guys! I love the table and so does my family. Thankyou

Ordered 2, one delivered, other disappeared into the ether. However, communications with company were exceptional and they really tried their best to track the missing item. I finally asked for a refund on the missing item when it was discovered the courier had 'lost' the second cabinet. Refund came through quickly and customer service was fantastic at keeping me informed.

It was apparently dispatched untracked - so I reckon it was never actually dispatched at all. Shame cos it was for a birthday gift. But I received a refund as per the listing, so the seller did everything right in that respect and kept me updated. On that basis, and out of fairness, I decided to leave a positive rating. Would I buy from them again? Maybe.
