Regrettably I cannot recommend the seller due to failure to respond to messages regarding items damaged due to very poor packaging, which seems to be a repetitive failing looking at other feedback. Several Lamps were smashed in transit, but the seller was disrespectful in failing to respond to messages regarding damaged items and that from a customer is just unforgivable.

I politely requested a pro rata refund of £1.67 and sent two follow-up emails, but received no reply. Returning the bulbs is more of a hassle than they’re worth—exactly what this seller is banking on. Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to communicate drags eBay’s name through the dirt. Avoid this seller unless you enjoy broken goods and zero customer service.
