  The product was as described and very well packaged in a box with paper filling. You can tell the seller cares about their work. The shipping took a little bit longer than expected but that's because we're on different sides of the country. Im satisfied with my experience!

  Well for 85.00 in shipping it could have been better packed. As I opened the box and pulled the machine out it had more dents then what was in the picture. Upon taking the machine apart the top water tray is broken and missing screws.
